Chaat Masala

Ingredients:

Coriander seeds                                              4 tbsps.
Cumin seeds                                                   2 tsps.
Ajwain                                                            1 tsp.
Whole dry red Chilies                                     2-3 nos.
Salt crystals                                                    3 tbsps.
Citric acid                                                       ½ tsp.
Dry Mango powder                                       1 tsp.
Salt                                                                1 tbsp.
Garam masala                                                2 tsps.
White/black pepper powder                           1 tsp.

Procedure:

1. Roast the coriander, cummin, ajwain seeds seperately and powder them with chilies, black salt and citric acid.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
3. Store in a air-tight container.
