Tipping Etiquette in a restaurant

At a restaurant, always leave a tip. Tips can vary from 5% to 15%. 
Waiter: 5% to 10% of the bill; 15% for extraordinary service

Wine steward:
10% of wine bill

Bartender:
5% to 10% of bar bill

Coat check:
INR 10 per coat

Car attendant:
INR 20 to INR 50
