Bhaturas Recipe


Ingredients:

Maida (refined flour)                                       450 gm
Potatoes                                                         250 gm
Salt                                                                10-12 gm
Water                                                             to mix
Oil                                                                 150 gm 

Procedure:

1. Peel thepottatoes, boil and mash.
2. Sieve the flour, add mashed potatoes, salt and enough water to form soft dough.
3. Keep aside for half an hour.
4. Roll out puris of 6 inch diameters.
5. Fry them in hot fat like puris and serve hot.
