Chilli Chicken Recipe(Indian)


 Chilli chicken prepared in Indian style with boneless chicken, capsicum and blended spices and sauces. Chilli chicken tastes well with Biryani, white rice and Indian breads. Fried onion and capsicum has a unique mouth watering taste. If you want more hot and spicy replace capsicum with green chillies or combination of both. There are several methods of preparation like Andhra style, Chettinad style, Chinese style etc. Try this spicy chilli chicken recipe and Enjoy Cooking!!!

Ingredients:

Chicken (Boneless)                                 500 gm
Onions                                                    200 gm
Chilli Powder                                             25 gm
Chilli sauce                                                10 gm
Tomato ketchup                                         10 gm
Soya sauce                                                  5 gm
Orange color                                               2 gm
Vinegar                                                       3 ml
Salt                                                          to taste
Capsicum                                                   50 gm
Coriander leaves                                        20 gm
Oil                                                           as required

Procedure:

1.Clean and joint the chicken.
2. Add chilli powder, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and orange color. Keep aside and soak for one hour.
3. Slice the onions. Cut the capsicum, remove the seeds and cut it into lengthwise slices.
4. Put the chicken in a pan. Cook till the chicken is tender in a slow fire and make it dry. Keep aside.
5. Heat oil, fry onions and capsicum. Add salt and then put the chicken and fry for few minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with corainder leaves.
