Chocolate walnut Cookies


Butter(Ghee)                                          ½ cup
Sugar                                                     ¾ cup
Egg                                                          1 no.
Vanilla essence                                        1 tsp.
Maida(refined flour)                                1 cup
Cooking Soda                                        ½ tsp.
Cocoa                                                     3 tbsp.
Walnuts                                                  ½ cup


1.Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla esence till light and fluffy.
2.Sift together maida,soda two times.
3.Mix into cream mixture and blend well.
4.Add cocoa and walnuts. Mix well.
5.Drop the mixture on greased tray with a teaspoon with 2" space in between.
6.Refridgerate for 10 min.
7.Bake at 200 degree C for 10 to 12 min or till done.
