Microwave Kadai Paneer


Paneer                                                      250 gms
Capsicum                                                 3 nos.
Coriander powder                                    2 tsps.
Garam Masala                                          1 tsp.
Red chili powder                                      1 tsp.
Ginger-garlic paste                                   1 tsp.
Tomatoes(chopped)                                 2 cups
Coriander leaves (chopped)                     ¼ cup
Kastori methi(fenugreek)                          1 tbsp.
Oil                                                           3 tbsps.
Salt                                                          to taste


1.Cut the paneer and capsicum into 1 1/2 cm cubes.
2.In an microwave proof dish add oil, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander and chilly powder. Cover and cook on micro high for 6 minutes.
3.Add the paneer, salt, garam masala and kastoori methi. Mix well and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
4.Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
