Paneer Tikka (Microwave cooking)


Ingredients:

Paneer                                                  300 gm
Chilli powder                                        1 teaspoon
Ajwain                                                  1 teaspoon
Hung curd                                             1 cup
Garam Masala                                       ½ teaspoon
Chaat Masala                                        ½ teaspoon
Red color                                             a pinch

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients into a paste and coat the paneer pieces with it.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 230 degrees and cook on convection mode at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
3. Serve with lemon juice and chaat masala.
