Prawn Kebabs Recipe(Deep Fried Prawns)


Prawns, shelled and deveined                                300 gms.
Cumin seeds                                                      1 tsp.
Green Chilli, finely chopped                                   1 no.
Onion, finely chopped                                           1 no.
Garlic, finely chopped                                           6 flakes
Coriander leaves, finely chopped                          1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder                                                  1/2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce                                            1 tbsp.
Egg                                                                      1 no.
Oil                                                                        For deep frying
Salt and pepper                                                    As per required


1.Wash and apply salt to the prawns and keep for atleast 30 minutes.
2.Wash again and pound them and add rest of the ingredients except egg and pound again until well blended.
3.Knead in the egg and make into small balls.
4.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown.
5.Serve hot.
