Tips on making Ice Cream

Want to prepare perfectly smooth and soft ice creams ?Just follow the below mentioned steps.

1. Ice cream mixture should be very sweet, so the sweetness will be correct after freezing as sweetness will be  lost during freezing.
2. Use shallow metal air-tight containers(aluminium the best) to freeze ice cream and make sure that touch the base of the freezer which helps to set ice cream quickly.
3. To give ice cream a smooth texture, freeze it quickly.
4. Beat ice cream when it is half set to pound the ice crystals and this improves the ice cream texture.
5. Chill ice cream containers before pouring the mixture as it helps to set the ice cream faster.
6.Remove the ice cream from the freezer about half an hour before serving.
