Potato 500 gm
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 25 ml
1. Peel off potatos and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Fry the potato pieces.
3. Add salt, garam masala and chilli powder when it starts to change in colour.
4. Fry in a slow flame till it becomes little crispy.5. Serve hot with sambar rice, any variety rice or as a snack with ketchup.
