Sourashtra Rasam Powder (Pilchar Bhurko)


Ingredients:

Pepper                 500 gm
Red chillies           200 gm
Asafoetida            100 gm
Dry curry leaves      50 gm
Cumin                     50 gm

Procedure:

1.Roast and dry all the ingredients separately.
2. Mix all the ingredients, powder coarsely in a liquidiser (mixie).
3. Store in an airtight container and use when required while preparing Rasam.
