Cauliflower florets of 1 no medium size
Corn flour 6 tbsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix corn flour, gram flour,chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, and ajinomoto. Mix well to make a fine batter.
3. Add cauliflower florets to the batter and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the cauliflower florets.5. Serve Hot.
